Very professional, very friendly, very good service overall. I've never been to a suspension shop that explained everything to me and gave me such an in-depth analysis of my car. Facility is nice, cars are cool, but the best bit about this business is the mechanics/tyre fitters here, in specific Boyd who assisted me with my R34 GTR. If the manager/owner is reading this make sure that dude is well sorted! Very rare to find such an enthusiastic and positive employee especially in this industry!

The only place that could fix the vibration on my BMW after taking it to multiple workshops, including 2 sets of rims, unbuckling, tyre change, and balancing many times. Solution: a proper wheel balancing. Don't waste your time and just take it directly to them.

Fiddly job that required back and forth consultation over the phone trying to figure out what Bilstein shocks would fit in my lowered 04 2WD x-cab Hilux. After taking some measurements and the boys checking the catalogue we found shocks that only required minor modifications to fit my application. Shipped them to my door in S.A. and Car drives like a go kart and so much smoother since. Heasman’s attention to detail and knowledge is second to none. These guys are arguably Australia’s premier suspension workshop.

Very professional, very respectful & very friendly staff. Multiple workshops couldn’t diagnose an alignment issue I had. Doug found the issue, took the time to point it out & explain it, then asked to keep the car for another 2 hours so they could resolve it properly. It feels like a brand new car! Don’t be intimidated by the millions of dollars of super cars in the shop, they treat you the same no matter what you choose to drive.
