Our glass mosaics from swimple purchased 8 years ago have fallen off in chunks, patches and individually continually ever since the pool was new. Most areas including ALL the waterline tiles have been re-tiled 2 times and we have had patches fixed another 2 or 3 times by professional mosaic tilers using the glues they recommend. It's neverending and still they fall off randomly all over the place. The tiles were / are on a mesh. We had a few "mirror" tiles placed into our sheets to give the pool some extra sparkle and many of these have corroded on the back so they look like rotten green/black squares. We know we will have to remove them all at some stage and re-tile with something else. We will never use glass mosaics again and certainly suggest others dont use them, especially those made in china and provided on a mesh backing as ours were. So dissapointed. BTW I did go back to them multiple times about our issues and they said it was poor tiling work or poor quality glues and made us pay for replacement tiles ! Definately do not recommend.
