At 11am at the shop on Thursday I told Jason that my filter pump leaking water.. He said that they would call in to my place to check it. Arrived at about 1pm and immediately found a crack in the pump. I asked him to replace it . Said would probably be early next week. But NO . Next day Friday they arrive at 10am with the new pump and new tyres for my pool cleaner .Cant get much better service than that ?

Absolutely terrible. 95 for a call out for 5 minutes work which didn't fix my issue. 4 voicemail messages and an email later, I still have not had a response to my request for them to follow up and actually do something for the money I paid them. Highly unrecommended.

These guys are all helpful and super easy to deal with. The pricing is reasonable and the service is always great. They are able to accomplish a lot when they are short staffed. There are several pool shops closer to my house but these guys are the best.

This shop must have more work than they can handle because i have been into the shop twice on two consecutive Saturday mornings and despite them visiting my house and promising a quote for a significant amount of work to my pool they just have not bothered getting back to me for almost 3 weeks now. Nice people but totally unreliable.
