Sweetbrew was absolutely packed but they found us a table out the back in the sun. We had the smashed avo, bircher muesli and turmeric oven cakes. They were all fantastic. Coffee also outstanding. Why would you go anywhere else for coffee in Launceston?
great coffee with plenty funky options to eat that include vegetarian and vegan options... service was slow on the day... maybe just a one off... worth checking out
Absolutely fantastic. Pro service. Amazing and interesting menu. Embrace the vegvegan options even if you're a meat lover, just one meal (I bet you come back for a second!). 6 stars.
Very cool cafe in Launceston. Had the cafe's take on a bruschetta with Jerusalem artichoke and heirloom tomatoes and it was amazing. The coffee here is also brilliant, as are the staff who were friendly and welcoming. Finally the cafe fitout is very trendy. I would recommend tracking this place down when in Launceston.
What a great place! Food was healthily delicious, coffee hot and the owner caring for her well loved customers and staff. Thanks for a great experience.
*Lined up for 40 minutes to be seated *waited 20 minutes to get order taken off waitress *Promised food would come out in 20 minutes, however food came out one hour later with Zero apology or communication *Take away was getting huge priority over dine in meals *asked for scrambled eggs, they said no. *Was not made aware it was vegetarian Friday's until we were seated and waited 40mins to be seated. *Would not recommend this cafe.
Walked into the store looking to support local business by grabbing a morning coffee. The Indian lady at the counter was smiling and greeting all customers before me with a friendly vibe and smile, however, as soon as it was my turn to be served, the smile and vibe disappeared. I don’t know if it was my Indian complexion or something else but her comments came across as very sharp, short and rude as though I was a hinderance in her store. If it wasn’t for the friendly smile and hello from the young lady with the beanie and tattoos, the rating would have dropped to a one. A very disappointing way to start my morning considering a multitude of other cafes around which offer a much friendlier reception. Coffee is ordinary at the price point.
