It was cool. My dad traded in his Red SSS Pulsar and they gave him a Pepsi, which then my Dad game to me. Just for that, they are pretty cool. *UPDATE* So I went back there with my family so we could pick up my Nan's new car, a white Suzuki Belino, and there was no problems. The people were cool and one of them even went in and configured a few things for my Nan in the car, with her before we left. I can definitely say that car ride I had back home was really nice. My Nan really enjoyed her car. I can definitely say that this was a success.

The buying experience was really nice. By just after my first service, found that the car was not cleaned. Anywhere in the world, if you give a Suzuki car for service, they will clean the car thoroughly inside and outside, even if they don't change anything. I am disappointed to see my car not cleaned after the very first service.

We bought our jimny from here and it was absolutely the worst experience. Their sales manager tried to jacked up price twice after we have signed the contract as we ordered the jimny a long time ago for a fairly good price. She’s pushing us to come and sighed the contract otherwise she said she’s got five other people waiting to purchase. Excuse me? We have signed the contract, what on earth in you head you will think about selling our vehicle to someone else? They have nothing but money in their eyes. Then once we pick up our brand new car, we realized there’s only three month rego on our brand new car. We are seeking legal advice now not sure if it’s legal to put in just 3months rego on brand new car. Just be careful guys.

Hey, what a service, after waiting months for my new jimny, sales has asked me to pickup the vehicle on the day it got arrived, or he will sell it to someone offers more, what does it mean when i leave a deposit? It means you can not sell it to someone else unless i don't want it, why so pushy? What a experience! And 3 month rego in a driveaway deal, i always heard driveway deal includes 12 months, I'm afraid suzuki just thought they didn't get enough profit from me so dicided to bully their consumer.

I have bought a Swift here, all staffs are very friendly, I am very happy about this little car as well. The best small car ever.

A Story to be told by a mate who bought the car with bloody drive -away price and let go with 3 months rego. How good is that? Dealers that I’ve been came across with no issues in terms of one -year rego, stamp duty. CTP all that sorts of stuff , that’s what so called drive away price with ease.even with free floor mats and pre delivery car wash. And I reckon cmi Toyota is the duck nuts when it comes to customer service etc. not being rude or anything. Just highly doubt anyone would ever looked back again. I’m out of curiosity tbh. I’m more than happy to wait for a reply.

I’ve never been to such a bad dealership and I went to all the good dealerships in Adelaide. Patronising staff and almost like they didn’t want to sell me a car. Did the bare minimum and bad customer service. I walked away feeling like they wasted my time and didn’t listen to what I was after trying to sell me cars I said were dealbreakers and not interested in. They said they’d ring me back about a car and never did

They have kept my car running well for 16 years. What more can I say ?
