Great working with John. Good service and a good deal. I love my new Suzuki Swift Sport. Tavio was fantastic when I picked up my new car. He is very lovely and patient and very respectful. He showed me all the features and answered all my questions.

Purchased my Vitara, overall experience so far has been great.
I went to Suttons City for a test drive and just like Diana and Barbara experienced poor customer service from the salesperson who I suspect was the same as Barbara's. The sales person had little interest in helping or interacting and gave the shortest test drive he could. I'm sure the car drives better than he demonstrated. Extremely disappointing & I'm sure there are other dealerships out there that are courteous & want a sale.
