Jonah from Impact Pest Control was absolutely fantastic. He went above and beyond in not only identifying sources of bugs and other nasties in our home, but he was was nice enough to help my partner move furniture so he could get behind things! Highly recommended!

Wonderful staff and always very flexible and ready to go above and beyond to help out in any situation. I have been using them for years and with multiple pest issues they have been able to tell me exactly what the problem was and come to the rescue. These guys found a major issue I had years ago when living in a very old house, that another supplier never discovered in the roof. I highly recommend using this team of experts.
The technician left the door to the roof open so instead of one possum I have a potential herd (or whatever) of them. DO NOT USE THIS GROUP although the two technicians were very pleasant (hence one star)
Terrible service, they came to remove wasps but wasps returned within a week. They then claimed that they are unable to guarantee any job so refused to come back or refund me. It took several weeks/months to get them to come back only after I threatened to take them to the Dept. of Fair Trading. Even then they made it as difficult as possible for me.
Randomly turn up without making appointments. Very rude and inflexible when dealing with their office staff. Errors are never their fault....always the customers apparently! For pest control use another company.
