Chris at Aussie Sutherland is amazing. Buying a new house is difficult at the best of times, but throw in a long distance move, a toddler and a pandemic at times I thought it was all to much and it wasn't worth it. Chris made the process so easy, always responded to emails quickly even on weekends, no question to silly. We can't recommend Chris highly enough for anyone who wants to buy or even refinance.

We walked into Aussie as a young couple without a clue. We wanted to buy our first property and had very little knowledge of the process. Chris helped us with every step of the process. Admittedly, many of the questions I asked him were probably not his responsibility to answer however he did happily. Chris has the best interest of his clients in mind always. We are both incredibly thankful to have had Chris' help along the way. Without him, we would still be a young couple without a clue. Instead we are a young couple with our first home! I couldn’t be happier with the service Chris provided. He helped me through a complex financing arrangement, he worked tirelessly around the clock to help my partner and myself secure our new home. He communicated daily, kept us in the loop and guided us through the process. I just bought my first home through Aussie Sutherland. Chris Peterson was an absolute godsend, there is no way I could have done this on my own. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt completely comfortable and already knew I was in good hands. As a first home owner, the road can be a bit bumpy but Chris made sure we were on the right track the entire time. He took his time to explain everything and guided me throughout the process. He is really patient and explains things in a way that anyone can understand (which is a must as there is so much financial lingo I didn’t know about!). Chris was happy to answer any questions and kept me updated the entire time. I can’t recommend enough! If you’re thinking about buying a home, Chris is your guy Thanks Chris !!
