Please give yourself a favour, Avoid the sales man 'Sonny'. Booked and confirmed a test drive with him over the phone and took me an hour to drive to them. When arrived, he told me I cannot test drive unless I make an offer on the car! Seriously? Can I get you to make an offer to buy a house without inspecting it? What a joke! Completely waste of time. If you wanna waste your time with the purchase , you look for sonny. All the best to you with your future sales, Sonny! Keep this up!

Had a great experience at Audi Sutherland! As soon as we walked in we were greeted and served by Daniel, who went over different options, showed us the vehicle, and made the whole process super easy. When picking up the car Daniel also took the time to explain features and gave great advice! Not to mention he was super friendly, threw in a few gifts and organised a great deal! Great all round service.

It's pretty embarrassing when you enquire about a car and then thry don't answer your phone calls. Michael refused to answer my phone call or text. Anyways thanks a lot I ended up making an rs6 purchase at another dealership.

My family and I walked into the showroom without an appointment and were pleasantlt surprised by the service at Audi. All salespeople were busy with other clients but that didn't stop the Finance Manager from stepping up to offer us some service. He was professional, amiable and knowledgeable. Sam then arranged a test drive for us and was also very professional and personable. Nothing was too much for Audi. None of the staff were arrogant or presumptuous. We then received a phone call from the sales manager who was very friendly with my husband and have arranged a further test drive of another vehicle. The complete antithesis of the servuce received at other brands. Very impressed Audi.
