Beware! The brass finish will tarnish within a day. It would have been great if Sussex had made this clear before having us wait two months to send our taps. We paid a premium for this sub-par product and we’re only offered a portion credit, not even a refund.
Purchased one of their top end taps, the one way flow valve was faulty, but the company blamed water pressure without even seeing the valve. Sent out a replacement, and got it wrong. Sent out the correct part a week later and charged me 147.00 Product may be good, but their service is useless
I’m a plumber, and I’ve installed countless amounts of tap ware varing in different quality. Sussex tapware is by far the best tapware I have ever installed, their quality is not compromised what-so-ever. From the Pex tails on the mixers, to the hand packaged mixers, everything about these mixers & taps are perfect. I’m currently installing several of their mixers; shower/basin/kitchen, and I had to stop dead in my tracks to give them an honest and unbiased review.
