Humble little sushi train sit down western style Japanese restaurant. The food was yum and staff very friendly and attentive. Note that Sushil chef stops at 8 pm and only hot food verities are available after that hour to order.

The best sushi I have ever tasted full of flavour and always freshly made. I have been a regular customer now for fours years and regardless of dine in or take away the staff always give friendly, professional, prompt service and make you feel welcome with a smile. I couldn't recommend Sushi Asakusa any higher.

Great little sushi train, with friendly staff and delicious meals. Don't expect a traditional sushi experience, but do expect welcoming staff and an amazing meal. Quick service and quiet atmosphere.

Very disappointed in the pork katsu I ordered here. The meat was flat - and I mean it looked like it had had a steam roller go over it - it was dry, AND it was tough! The salad was a dozen leaves with a dressing over it, no more. The front of house service was pleasant, but the food took a long time to come out. This is my second negative experience with this Japanese restaurant - not owned by Japanese people I believe. So this is why they get 2 stars.
