Absolutely terrible service by the Indian lady at the front desk. She saw me standing there waiting to enquire, yet continued to talk on the phone. I originally thought that it was work related, but she was talking in another language and laughing. After finally interrupting her conversation, she said that I have to wait 10 minutes for her to be finished, where she just continued talking on the phone and laughing. This person does not set a good face to the police transport command.
