Great customer service and excellent product quality. I was a little hesitant to print my project online because I had bad experiences with previous services, but Milton (my project manager), and the rest of Fast Print's team really helped me with all my questions and guide me throughout the whole process. Our business was satisfied with all of the interactions we have had with this company. Fast printing delivers prompt service and all communication with their team is prompt and polite. Packages are always delivered in a timely manner in secure packaging that prevents physical damage to the product. Just be sure to double check the resolution of images before ordering to ensure they are clear as one of orders was not (we informed them and their team was yet again perfect in attending to this). I ordered some simple bumper stickers. As a newbie, I had no idea what I was doing but the staff were excellent at walking me through the process. The product was first class, delivered on time and at an excellent price. The follow up service was excellent as well.
I am new to Fast Printing and just had my first professionally printed product labels printed with them and I am beyond impressed. I worked with Tony, who was great and guided me through the entire process. We had a lot of back and forth communication and Tony was a superstar in getting everything just as I wanted it. Very professional service! Printed some matte vinyl label stickers for commercial use and the stickers were great. Printing was true to colour and the stickers stuck really well to glass bottles. Would recommend!
