My first haircut with Andrew yesterday and I am super impressed and ecstatic. What a great salon. The moment I stepped into the salon, I felt welcome. Andrew really listened to me and the cut was exactly what I wanted. Can it get any better?

Barney Martin Hairdresser is the best salon I have ever been to. I have been going BM for over 10yrs now and in that time have moved around a lot but still go back to BM for hair (I travel to Sydney for the weekend to get my hair done now). The salon is beautiful and so relaxing, a real treat to zone out and let your hairdresser do their thing and have complete trust that your hair is in good hands! The staff are very attentive and friendly who make the effort to get to know you and remember your name. The little extra touches with amazing cocktails and snacks are a real bonus too! Highly recommend!

I saw Barney for the first time last week to get a practical and pretty haircut before the birth of my first bub. But what I got was a super model cut, I literally wash it - go to bed with it wet and wake up looking like a supermodel who had it washed, blow dried, tonged, fluffed for volume, with a bit of product for a shoot.. and then it last for days. And everyone says 'Wow ash your hair looks incredible'. Easily the best hair cut of my life. Even my pony tail looks perfectly manicured for editorial. Ridiculous really. Don't waste your money on anyone else (unless it's Penny)

I visited Blue, at Barney Martin in March for the first time. The salon is a beautiful, relaxed space with no ego in sight. Everyone is lovely. Blue gave me one of the best colours I've had in a very long time. Most importantly though, she listened and took time to understand what my needs were. She totally got it and I'm booked to return next week!

My blonde hair has never been better. Penny is amazing and her colours are second to none. Last time she recommended a low light by the name of 'biscuit' and I loved it. My daughter went in the following week, told Penny that "mum loved the biscuit" so Penny sent her home with shortbread wrapped in a napkin. It was very funny indeed. The hair amazing and plenty of fun and laughter along the way. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you Barney, Penny and Wednesday, always a thorough delight
