Dr Ales Aliaschkevich is a wonderful surgeon and I felt totally comfortable with him looking after me. He was understanding and helpful at all consultations and explained the procedure to me and also provided drawings so I fully understood everything. He has a lovely way of dealing with his patients and I could not recommend anyone as highly as Dr Aliaschkevich. I was in alot of pain and had some complicated issues with my spine. Dr Ales was confident that he could provide me with some relief. As soon as l was able to get up after the operation, there was no pain. I am now back to normal and doing everything I would like to. He is a miracle worker!!!

I'm a "returning" patient as I had a Total disc replacement and decompression C4/5, anterior cervical discectomy and fusion C5/6 on 17/8/2019 (neck operation). I more recently had a Left L4/5 hmmilaminectomy for spinal canal decompression (back operation) a week before Christmas 2020. This particular operation was arranged during Covid 19 Lockdown and basically done completely by phone and e-mail communication.....absolutely Brilliant effort!!! Dr Ales on both occasions displayed a thorough and professional approach and gave every detailed explanation for each and every question I put forward. Given that I had a previous operation on17/8/2019, I had no hesitation in seeking out his expertise and dedicated attention once again...!!! I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Ales for any Neuro concerns as he listens, explains and offers alternatives (if applicable). He also cares for his patients pre-operative and just importantly post-operative. Also special mention to the girls in the office (Mel & Christine) for their continued assistance and understanding, which was greatly appreciated.

Dr Ales, an amazing surgeon, extremely compassionate and caring with his patients. From my 1st consultation I had a clear understanding of what was causing my issues, his explanation was clear and simple. He made himself available when I needed him in emergency and did everything he said he would. Every time he advised he would be there, he was, without leaving me waiting, very caring, approachable and dedicated to make our lives (his patients) get back to being its fullest. His office staff, Mel, is also to be commended with her caring attitude and ease of dealing. Thank you for getting me back to life as normal.

When I first contacted Dr Ales rooms both Mel and Christine were very compassionate, understanding, and reassured me I was in best hands with Dr Ales and went above and beyond to schedule me an urgent appointment. Excellent result. During my first consultation with Mr Aliashkevich I was impressed by his candour when explaining the options I had to relieve the considerable discomfort I was experience due to disc and other degeneration of my spine. His obvious knowledge and expertise gave me confidence when making the decision to proceed with the somewhat complicated surgery. Strong stuff for an 81 year old. Thanks to a truly great outcome I have rediscovered the joy of daily walking and now am able to stand straight and tall.
