Have overcharged me many times! Each customer service representative could only help me to fix one or two fares, so it ends up most incorrect fares couldn't be fixed. Especially the last two staffs who answered my phone calls were very rude and reluctant to serve, after telling me that I need to fix all the other fares another time either by writing an email to them or going somewhere else for help with the go card they just hung up the phone in a hurry!

I had a vary good reception from an assistant at translink who sorted out my problem I had with a go card expired who helped me her name was Julie thank you July for helping a pensioner out and giving me peace of mind Definitely. 10stars. PJ.
