This is hands down the best Shisha place on the Gold Coast, the staff are friendly and attentive to everything you need, they always give you complimentary sunflower seeds and water and the owner comes around to all of the tables to personally make sure that you are having a wonderful time.
1. The sign that directed us to this place said cocktails but there was no food or alcohol available 2. The music was nice traditional middle eastern music for one song and then changed to mainstream pop — like whuut? 3. we were told byo is allowed but only when we said we would bring a bottle did they mention it would cost 5. After reading other reviews, we found out it was actually 5 per head for byo 4. Power outage killed the music and lights for about a minute 5. We were asked to pay for our shisha and 3 waters half way through the session. I felt like they judged us as people who might puff and dash. 6. The shisha wasn’t very tasty and no disposable mouth pieces even with new COVID cases in greater brisbane. Who knows who sucked on the pipe before we did
Great place to unwind and relax with friends over an authentic shisha. Staff are always friendly and helpful. A must to do if your on the coast
Words cannot describe how amazing the customer service is here. They really do prioritize their customers here. It is BYO and there's a BWS just up the road so grab some mates, grab a few drinks, enjoy their taste in music and ask for their recommendations in flavour options. You won't be disappointed.
