I wish there is a 0 star i can give them. Had them booked via booking.com for over 11 months, paid for in full for 3 nights. Queensland shut the borders to NSW 2.5 weeks before we travelled, they refused to change our dates or even provide refund. They blamed booking.com. booking.com blamed Condor Apartments. Ran in circles and now they are ignoring my messages and calls. Thieving scum!

Stayed here just for a weekend getaway. My partner and I decided to pay for another night and they gave us another night for FREE! The they upgraded us to oceanview and the views were AMAZING! The staff were friendly, the apartment was clean, the facilities (pools &bbq) were in good clean condition. Would 100% recommend this place and would definitely stay there again.

Stayed in 9E.The place was absolutely disgusting and disappointing. It wasn't clean at all. The benches were dirty. There was a dirty band aid near the couch, rubbish in the corner near the door. The balcony lock was broken, the fix for it was a lock at the bottom of either door. There was blood on the wall near one of the toilets. The vents were all full of dust. No air conditioning! The blinds were revolting. Blankets were dirty and stained. The owners of this particular apartment clearly don't care. The indoor pool had broken tiles from the wall just laying there on the ground next to the pool. I'm almost certain that's where my entire family got gastro from. When reporting any of these things to reception, she did not seem surprised in the slightest. All we were offered was a discount if we stayed again. SAFE TO SAY WE WILL NEVER BE BACK! PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!! NOTHING LIKE THE NICE PHOTOS!!!

The apartment has a good ocean and river view. But the apartments are fairly poorly maintained and looking it's age. These apartments dont have aircon in the bedrooms, which makes it difficult for anyone to sleep in and staying here difficult. Pots amd pans are well used and needs replacement. Staff weren't too accommodating either.

Dirtiest building in surfers. Place is falling apart and management are rude and are never there.Nothing works water pressure is shocking. Photos of rooms are falsely advertised and way overpriced. No security anyone can walk into reception and take the stairs to any level.Do yourself and your family a favour and stay somewhere else

Terrible, they asked for a "bond" when I got there and mentioned NOTHING about it when I booked the room, I asked for a refund of my booking and they refused. There are plenty of other places on the Gold Coast that don't require a bond, so why bother?

We stayed here 3yrs ago, horrible. Was told room was fully renovated 6mths prior, um NOT. The room was horrible, smelt, I had to get air freshners, bed head peeling, bathroom vanity was coming apart, rust in shower, the kitchen was the only part nice. Balcony, was none....you open the sliding door to rails right in front of you. Lift was a hazard, it didn't even come level with floor. Front desk is hidden away and not inviting at all. I felt sorry for those that had to live there. Never again unless the whole place was actually renovated from top to bottom. And the pictures on internet, be careful. The only thing I can say good is location. Sorry for the very negative review but this is honest as this place could be amazing.
