If I could put a negative star I would! Awful experience having had CBRE value our new build on behalf of the lender. Valuer was totally out of his depth, admitted that he had no idea how to value property as it was extremely unique, phoned agent who is selling our property for help & guidance on valuing & during direct discussions asked for help with comparable sales. Had an independent valuation undertaken which was 400,000 greater than CBRE.
