Spent over a 100 buying one jacket last Sunday, while paying was asked if I wanted a bag for 2,99.. I said no, so they guy just put the receipt on top of the jacket and gave it to me... Seems like we don't have options... always liked the store but now got upset with such an awful thing.

Just wanted to say thankyou to an amazing staff member called Tash who served me and my girlfriend yesterday. She was so friendly, helpful and just such a pleasure to deal with. She made some awesome suggestions without being annoying or pushy - and I walked away with some really great clothes and swim wear. Thank Tash you're a legend.
