I highly rate Superestate thanks to one particular team member named Sam Now if you asked me 2 weeks ago what I thought of Superestate I would’ve turned you away real quick with a negative review. To keep a long story short due to Covid19 & their call centre being closed with the only means of contact being emails I felt defeated. Until i came across Sam via their Superestate page on Facebook messenger and I can’t rate him high enough He contacted me almost daily over a two week period with constant attention to detail and reassurance. He not only put my mind at ease with in the first few replies but was very competent and ensured my claim progressed in the que as quickly and efficiently as possible. I have since decided I will now stay with Superestate rather than roll back my funds to my initial Superfund due to this one worker. I can’t rate him high enough. Great work Sam!
