Used to go here regularly until March last year. Due to covid and accident 1st timebase this year. Haircut went from ,25 to 40. Disappointed.

Paid for an angled bob with slight layers and a blow dry. They didn't show me the back of my head and I walked out with damp hair. I went home and found an EXTREMELY uneven cut with scissor happy cutting for the layers. It was extremely uneven and had horrible heavily cut layers.

My Mr 17 had his first perm here today and I’m super impressed.. the ladies were lovely the place was clean and fresh and his perm is fantastic both my son and I recommend

A rip off and false advertising. The advertised "men's cut" is 33 that includes a shampoo, dry and cut. I received a hair cut which seemed rushed and at the counter it came to 33. I asked the hairdresser what's the price without the shampoo and dry since you didn't give it to me? I was told the shampoo and dry is a complimentary thing if you ask for it. After washing my hair at home I realised that the simple #1 back and sides had missed a lot of strands of hair. Horrible customer service and haircut experience and was still made to pay full price.

Took kids mum in yesterday 2/3/21 to get a trim. Her hair was roughly to her shoulder blades. She asked for a hair cut, indicating with her hands roughly how much she would like cut off. At first they gave her a straight cut Bob. She said it was horrible and I want it layed down a bit more so it's not so flat cut. She proceeded to give her a full on boys haircut at the front and at the back seriously looks like what a five year old child would do to a doll's hair. There are varying lengths of hair left in different areas. They then told her in order for it to look good she needed it blow dried. Basically she ended out with mega Karen hair. It looks silly, she is embarassed. She was too embarassed at the time to say anything. Paid 66.80 for a supposedly 38 hair cut. She ran straight to the toilets and wet her hair it looked that bad. They have offered to "fix" her hair. But you can't glue it back on can you? I would not only like it "fixed" I would like a refund
