Had an excellent service experience here recently. I needed new wiper blades for my wife's car and inatalled The counter staff were busy but quickly checked what I was looking for an put a call for a team member on the PA. He quickly checked what I needed. Took the unit off and put a towel under the arms so they didnt scratch the windscreen. He was friendly and efficient. All done in 10 minutes. I've had similar great experiences at SupercheapAuto at Oxenford. A lot of outdoor parking (no shade).

My son ordered 2 Rotors for his car through a Salesperson at this store. When they arrived, my son collected them and had a mechanic attempt to put them on. The mechanic informed my son that Supercheap had ordered the wrong size rotors. When my son returned both Rotors with his receipt (one hadn't even been touched), the Salesperson refused to exchange for the correct Rotors originally ordered. He also wouldn't refund any money. Instead Supercheap took both Rotors and my son was out of pocket 200, walked away empty handed. I'm absolutely disgusted and appalled that this is how they run their business. My son works hard for his money and spends a lot on his car. I'll be lodging a complaint with consumer affairs also. Be careful- they take no responsibility when THEY ordered the wrong part, even giving all the correct information on make/model/year of vehicle. They don't honour receipts. And they took back the products AND pocketed the money.

I can't really fault this place. Wish they had a bigger range of aftermarket parts but that's just me being picky. Excellent customer service and decent prices... The store is always clean and everything is where it should be. (Unlike autobahn). Thanks guys will be returning for sure.
