Craig @ Supercheap Auto was really helpful when I turned up with my car key broken (by me when I opened it up in the car park). He not only got me the right sized battery he even helped put the pieces back together for me! Great customer service :)

Went into Noosaville store to get spark plugs for my outboard. They didn't have my plugs in stock but Amy made a quick call to another auto group in the area and they had the plugs. Brilliant customer service

Staff member recommended the incorrect oil filter. Serviced my car, drove 4 minutes down the road after I serviced my car, blew the oil filter off. Dumped all my oil that I just purchased, on the road, had to buy more oil (obviously from another company). Could have seized my engine. Will continue to buy products due to being so cheap, just never ask the staff for help.
