placed a "1 hour click and collect" order. its now day 5 (the 3rd working day), and the order is still showing as "awaiting processing" on the website. they sure did take my money quickly though *edit : i contacted national customer service 2 weeks later, and was told the store tried to contact me - they didnt, they have my phone number and email, and i have had zero contact from them. i dont do business with liars so i took a refund, even after they offered to upgrade the product, on top of an already amazing price.. its just not worth taking the risk of dealing with a potential warranty claim with demonstrated liars.
