All the staff are awesome except one staff named Jade. She was so rude and trying to ignore my partner when she was calling her for assistance. And we were the only customers in the store. She kept cleaning something and ignored me too when I called her. Everyone might have a bad day but it never justifies to behave rudely. It also ruins the reputation of the business.

Gotta love story cheap auto. Needed a car seat cover. This place has more than enough. Got lost looking, and the lovely staff lady helped me by looking to on her computer. Awesome. Turns out I need a custom made cover. Ouch. And Pricey. Oh well. So I bought some power steering fluid instead and headed out the door.

I am so thankful for the help from Travis today. Everyone in the store was really great. I would highly reccomend people who dont' know cars to go here. Travis was very kind, he fixed my headlight, explained the issue so well and had me back on the road safely in like 15minutes. Thankyou. Ill be back for the wipers soon.

Was able to get the item I was after and had it fitted, but I was fortunate. Small amount of staff working because of Xmas and had I arrived slightly earlier or later, the fitting would not have been able to be done. Which meant I went there for nothing

Staff really don't want to help down at Supercheap Everton Park. They'll go out of their way to avoid you in the aisles. If you do ask them where something is, rather than them walking you to the product, they'll point you in the general direction and leave you to your own devices. Customer service and the Supercheap name don't go hand in hand.
