The staff at Supercheap are always helpful. They can help fit parts for a low price. Craig was awesome today, his product knowledge was just what I expected. Nothing is too much trouble for these staff members. Always come here for the little things.
The manager was great dealing with any issues ice had over the years. Customer service with the general staff can definitely improve.
From my own personal experience with Supercheap Auto in Belmont they are a large store with multiple staff members that I've met over the years. Some staff members have been very helpful and polite whilst others for some reason are not. Supercheap Auto in Belmont do generally have different specials on at different times and have they say they have over 300,000 spare parts and from my experience they do carry a large selection of products as mentioned. They have also a battery service where you can either purchase your battery and they fit it you or you just purchase and you fit. Plenty of parking out the front of the store. They also have a Click and Collect so you can order online and collect in store same day.
Super helpful and informative. The best cashier, she was awesome and very nice.

I’m not one to write a review, but the older lady working with blonde short hair, provided potentially the worst customer experience. She was unwilling to help and any questions I asked, she replied with a condescending manner, as well as talking to her employees with a tone of “how can they not know this?” I’ve had a great experience at the other stores, honestly would advise to avoid the store if you require any help and take the drive to the other locations. disappointed.
