Worst experience ever. INSANELY expensive. Just under 1400 for moving and 1 months storage of one bedroom unit. Was quoted one cube for a 1 bedroom with no TV, entertainment console or outdoor furniture. I even had my dining table and benches taken apart so they lay flat. I was told they would “easily” fit. Come move day I was told they wouldn’t and we needed two. I wasn’t told that it would cost and extra 200 for the pick up fee (even though I had already paid 299 for the first box) plus the hire fee. Then of course to get it redelivered the price doubled from the original quote because of the second cube. They say they will match/beat all other quotes- they won’t. They tried to tell me I’d need 3 boxes from taxi box and then wouldn’t even match the three boxes even though it would have easily fit in two. Michelle said my stuff filled the two cubes based on the photos taken when they loaded it. When I unloaded it I found they had stuffed the second box full of blankets so it looked more full. They weren’t even covering anything. They offered me a discount of 150 because we ended up having to reschedule on the day because their policy required 3 men which is fine but they didn’t ask me the questions they apparently always do to determine this). This meant I had to take an extra day off work and pay an extra day in rent. Again these things happen so that wouldn’t have caused me to write this review. I just want everyone to know the actual costs upfront as if I had have known I would have gone elsewhere and saved 500 plus a lot of time and stress that was caused by this company. Do doubt they will try and counter argue this review but do your own research and ask them how much an extra box will cost.
I have been challenged to put my items in storage numerous times and the service and professionalism provided by Super Easy Storage has been excellent. In my recent move both Luis & Felipe were impressive. The move was completed with high efficency. I highly recommend this outfit for both convenience and cost.
I’ve stored with Super Easy twice now. Can highly recommend the efficient and friendly service. My storage was for 12 months, once when I needed to access my container, the friendly staff booked in time and day, safely guided me to parking and walked me to the container and allowed me the time I needed to retrieve some items. When I eventually had my storage picked up by a removalist to be taken to my new home, it was a simple phone call to connect the removalist company and Super Easy, then Super Easy did the rest to make sure my items were safely transferred to the removal company I’d hired. I did my research for the best price for a monthly fee, and Super Easy was the best price, friendliest staff and most efficient. Second post : 12 months ago when Super Easy first picked up my items, the two men did a remarkable job packing my items into the cubicle on the back of the truck. I just read a post that complaint about her service!? My experience with Super Easy was amazing. The two men worked hard and efficiently. The cost I was charged for such great service was very reasonable and honest . 100% recommend.
Want to safely store your belongings? The side of the road would be safer. Super Easy Storage claim they provide safe storage on their site yet have damaged over 1,300 worth of my items. They have a waiver which goes against consumer protection law that they ask you to sign AFTER you get to the storage facility which says that they accept no responsibility for things such as neglect caused by the facility owner and people under its control, loss, theft, damage, water- all the reasons you use storage for. After damaging my luxury bed, Scott said he would have the bed repaired which he did not. They also charged me for 'insurance' without my authorisation. Despite the insurance, they refused to refund me for my damaged items and offered me an insulting 200 instead. On top of this, they then charged me over 300 for the storage of my damaged items after I asked them to file an insurance claim for compensation of these items. BEWARE
Another perfect customer service experience! A sincere welcome, followed by helpful guidance, so I could access my storage pod. Everyone (forklift drivers and support workers) was polite and helpful. Scott Middleton was masterful and quick to respond. His demeanor was comparable to a concierge at a five star hotel. I’m completely delighted by my experiences to date with SuperEasyStorage.
The team of guys were fantastic. Very polite and straight into getting the job done. They acted in a very professional manner and i will be using them again soon!
