The Asian man running this store was so rude and unhelpful! He sat there and completely ignored me when I tried speaking with him. He charged me 1.50 to print 1 piece of paper, and that took him nearly 15 minutes even though the store was empty. Ridiculous, will never go there again.
Poor service. Advertised passport photos which we took to the post office and they were unacceptable. I had to take new photos from the post office. The owner of super copy wouldn't refund them and was very rude. If you advertise passport photos you should know how the requirements are and have business etiquette and integrity . Accept your mistakes and talk respectful.
The store gets all the tasks i need done efficient and well. Manged to restore a photo which was greatly damaged and made it look as good as new.
What a horrible owner, unhelpful, changed the price quoted on me 3 times!!! Got argumentative and so I backed off as there was nothing I could do as he already had my images. Paid through the nose...awful, awful, awful. Never again *** Complete lies from the owners response. Will never go there again and will never recommend this business to anyone. You knew you did the wrong thing ***
I was initially wary of this place because of the sole 1 star review, but they did exactly what I needed* efficiently and quickly at a reasonable price. *I needed several individual resumes printed, with the first sheet of each in colour and every other sheet in B&W.
Did exactly what I needed.
