Great place, have been staying here for awhile because of lockdowns it's been my oasis in the city. The staff are friendly, the rooms are modern and clean, free WiFi and so close to everything, but most of all for me is it's quiet and private with secure undercover parking included.

Good value hotel. Little bit far to walk to city centre but great if heading north or to airport by car. Rooms spacious& quiet even though on main road. Parking a problem
My husband and I stayed here for a few nights recently. We had an absolute ball. It is in a great location, so close to everything. We had a lovely room with a balcony that overlooked the pool. It was Immaculately clean. The bed was super comfy. The Staff were amazing. They know all the best tours to take and helped us book them. I couldn't recommend this hotel and Cairns as a holiday destination more highly.
Great budget hotel. The entrance is pretty terrible and had us a little worried about what we had booked, but we were pleasantly surprised by the room. It was modern, clean and spacious. It was only about a 15 minute stroll into the main part of town so I recommend it if you're looking for something budget but still nice enough.
The hotel room had all the right things at all the right places. Clean and needy just as a hotel should be. NO DUST ANYWHERE!!! Clean glasses, ironing board. I lost my charger on the way here and lo and behold there was a wireless charger on the alarm next to my bed stand. Enjoyable experience
Staff was very helpful and friendly, room was immaculately cleaned, superb aircon. Comfortable bed. Reasonably priced for the night. Great amenities. I'll definitely be back again!
It was a very clean room, you smelt the chemicals when you walked in, but they dissipated quickly. The balcony is good, but not all the rooms are renovated to the standards in the pictures. It was disappointing that I couldn't use Netflix on the TV in the room. I called reception who assured me it was there and offered a bit of phone support, but then I checked the model number and found the the TV was not capable of streaming anything. This is something that they advertise on booking.com The mattress was very good, pillows were nice, could have done with few more though. Room was very quiet, very cold, very dark. Great for a good sleep. You could hear people in the corridor, but none of the planes flying overhead. It's not in town, 10-15 minute walk. There were a few people sleeping on the steps out the front during the night you had to jump over, but it's a reasonably well lit around the area, it feels safe enough to walk around. You get a physical key and a dongle as the main doors lock for the evening at 6pm. Make sure you lock you room door, they have a push button on the back, the first time I left I didn't realise, luckily I was only going back down to the car. Parking is first in best dressed. A few good spots where you won't get door dings against the wall. The car park roller door doesn't close, so people can walk down and jump in the lift and go to any floor they want. I didn't make it down to the pool. For where you are, what you are getting, it's worth the money, but the above mention issues have impacted my rating.
Great place to stay. Close to everything, Super Clean. The beds were really comfortable and the staff extremely helpful.
