Went in for a RWC quote. The guy pointed to several issues with the car, half of them were made up. Got the roadworthy easy from a different place without any issues.

Changed steering rack during RWC but put the steering wheel back on so far off centre that a wheel alignment cannot be done. Owner is now refusing to take responsibility and fix what he has screwed up. Would not recommend and will be reporting to VicRoads.

Highly recommend this place for anything to do with European cars. Took my Volvo there for repair, very reasonably priced (compared to Volvo dealership) , the team were so professional and kept me updated the whole time. Very happy with the whole experience.

I expect to get ripped off going into the mechanic, but have been here twice now, and both times have been treated very kindly from beginning to end, with time taken to explain the issues and provide advice. Also very happy with the prices. They also did a complete clean of my car, inside and out, as part of the service. That was unexpected. A standout in the industry in my view. Thank-you
