The club is located right on the beach with amazing views. Big balcony has plenty of seats and inside area is also very nice. Food is good, probably not a restaurant quality but still pretty good and service is also very good.

Everything that we ordered tasted absolutely amazing, there aren't many restaurants I can say that about. We were two adults and three hungry teen-agers. We ordered the Grilled Snapper, Chicken Parmesan, Tosted Pita Bread, Spiced Snapper Taco and some more. We also saw Kevin Rudd and I managed to snap a photo between the tables.

1 hour wait on a Monday just to get a table, almost 2 fkg hours to get a meal. We gave up, didn't bother trying to get refund as likely take another 2 hours. Took our 10 year old up the road to a lovely restaurant and got served and a lovely meal fast and delicious. Don't waste your time here, kids or no kids if you want food!

The cleanest, most professionally operated surf club or hospitality business I have ever visited. Everything here is sparkling, fresh and new. The staff are so good. The drinks and food the highest Quality expected for this genre of food. Overlooking Sunshine Beach an incredible venue for a lunch date, catching up with friends or exchanging vows.

This place seriously rocks. All the beautiful people of the Sunshine Coast must have shares in it!. Great food, good selection of beer but didn't drink from wine list. 5 star staff, rock star location. Service and surf is up Dudes!!

A great place to have a relaxed lunch or dinner but one serious word of warning. If you are a pizza lover, please do not order one here. I ordered the pulled beef and chorizo pizza and it was a big mistake. The pizza was thick, doughy and covered in a weird BBQ type sauce. This place is good for me

Wow - hadn’t been here for a while and after a big renovation and refresh the SBSC is very sophisticated. Beautifully decorated without losing its family friendly vibe. Food is tasty with a varied menu and comes out quickly. Great choice for groups and families. Reasonably priced for an amazing meal and location. Happy Melbourne peeps

We booked and visited for an early evening meal on Friday night at 6 p.m. We were looking forward to seeing the recently renovated Sunshine Beach Surf Club and certainly it's a far bigger venue than the previous building on this same site. We were amazed to see how busy it was at this early dinner hour with most tables being already filled and people eating. The venue looks very attractive from the very small car park. It's often difficult to get parking in the area. After signing in and a little time we were fronted by a small gentleman in a striped shirt and caramel coloured shorts who questioned us as to what we wanted . We were quite taken aback but it seems that this was a uniformed staff member that wasn't recognisable as he had no name tag. Originally they couldn't find our booking but it was sorted and we were given a table. We weren't offered any water, no menus or drink lists so we scurried about to salvage some from other guests. There were quite a number of staff on but still very long queues at the bar and also to place food orders. Nonetheless our meals arrived relatively promptly and they were of a terrific standard. My eye fillet was perfect medium rare. The snapper was generous and delicious and the meals were hot and well presented. We left shortly after we finished eating as the cacophony of noise was unbearable and we couldn't carry on a conversation. There is no carpet, blinds or overhead soft structures to absorb any noise. Of an evening there is no view to be seen of the beach or surrounds as it's too dark. I've always enjoyed this venue previously during the day time and during the week when it's much quieter and you can make the most of the lovely views out to sea.
