Great! Had everything I needed and staff were friendly and helpful with advise. Just a bit messy and space was limited. Be good to rearrange this place so that entrance is more appealing..signs and labels that r big n visible as the place is quite big

Some not bad specials but the wait at the counter was horrendous. There was one person being served in front of us and the representative individually wrapped each bauble for her. Didn't bother to call another staff member down or offer to do our quick sale then go back and help. Long wait with no urgency, quite disappointing.

Great customer service, dealt with my 'issue' which was in regards to a sale item. It turns out the sale was only online but they offered to price match when I come in next to buy it to save on postage. Ironically they seem to have the products I buy cheaper 90% of the time than anywhere else. Always my 'go to'.

It's easy to overlook the variety of craft items Lincraft has on offer, and once you are in its like bunnings but for craft items. Plenty of choice on all sorts of house hold craft itemsand that makes it my go to place.
