Our Samsung TV was malfunctioning, we contacted Samsung directly and they told us that Sunland TV Service would be looking after the job on their behalf. The reasons behind Samsung's selection of this company are obvious: from the girl at the switch to the pick up, the repair, the return of the TV and all the work in-between Sunland were simply stunning! Our TV is back, working better than ever, and Sunland kept us informed throughout the whole process. These guys are the real deal! Thanks Sunland!
It's interesting how you make money from your customer. We brought in our Samsung TV weeks ago and were told the price to do the assessment would be 99 paid upfront and then that would be included in the cost of the repairs. But we were never told that if you can't find the part that needs to be replaced that we would still be charged for the assessment. We would have just taken the TV back with us if we knew that would be the case. We feel that you guys have ripped us off. We talked to the reception woman over the phone and explained that we are happy to pay a few percentage for the assessment as the TV could not be fixed and we weren't told at the beginning that we have to pay in full for it. Plus on your website it also doesn't explain about your policy on paying for the assessment specifically. This is like a trap for customers. And on top of this your reception woman was very rude and hanged up on us as she couldn't explain to us with decent customer service. So, I won't recommend this company, there are many company doing the same service out there. And with the way you have responded to feedback on Google it's also not very professional, not to mention that your website's UI also reflects your unprofessionalism.
Dealt with Sunland twice now, excellent service, very r]quick and good value for money. I highly recommend them.
