Unreal customer service as always, I work in the Solar industry and tech support is always a sticking point. Sungrow has hands down the best Tech support line that I have ever dealt with for solar related producs. Fast and efficient and their inverters are pretty much bullet proof.
I have had consistent problems with my inverter resulting in loss of money. The warranty claim process is like pulling teeth. The call centre is overseas. I keep getting ran round in circles. (Update) it got escillated and I've been advised it will be getting replaced hopefully this one will work with no problems. They can have 2 stars more for the customer support (Jeet). Only time will tell.
Great product range, we use a lot of the SH5K hybrid inverters and our clients are always happy with the reliability and performance. When ever we have encountered any problems, the technical team at Sungrow are always there to work with us to address it promptly. On the rare occasion that we have had to do a warranty claim they have been very professional and had a replacement to us within a few days. After three years of using Sungrow products I cant fault them or their service, so highly recommend.
