Absolutely ridiculous that you have to wear a mask when trying glasses. I got told off by their staff for pulling it down see how I look. I left immediately. Pathetic given the current situation of 0 cases and the fact they think masks are the saving grace.

Went in to buy sunglasses, give the guy a description of what i was after. He handed over some shades and walked off. I asked if there was anything a little wider to suit my fat head, he said we dont have anything. Instead of trying to sell me another style or give creative advice he was just not interested in selling me anything. Worst customer service.

Great experience in customer service at this place - kudos to the manager that met me at the door and then got a staff to replace my defective glasses. Sunglasses replaced straight away - was told warranty restarts as of today as the previous were defective. Manager checked on me as i walked out of store to ensure everything was fine - insisted on a spare case if needed.. Was really well looked after - Thanks again.

Shocking service at Sunglasses Hut Highpoint Melbourne by attendant named Tony, who argued with my partner that the model Justin 51s we wanted “do not exist” even though we have 2 pairs of this model purchased from this exact store previously over the years. On top of the bad service, once Tony was forced to actually look up his store’s records of previous purchases we had made and realised that the model we wanted did in fact exist, neither did we get an apology or any courtesy of being a long standing customer of Sunglasses Hut at Highpoint. We will never shop at this store again, and never have we had someone argue with us about their own stock without checking facts first. It was absolutely ridiculous and this person should not be in customer service. What a joke.
