I shopped at Sunglass Hut lower ground tonight with my sister. I originally went in as I had a pair of sunnies on hold. When I tried them on the assistant (Leah) offered for me to try on another style so I did. She then told me the 2nd pair suited me better. Leah's service was outstanding & her patience were like no other person in retail. I definitely took my time in choosing the right pair. I left the store to have a think about which pair I wanted and I truly went back because of the customer service I had received. My sister and I ended up buying a pair each. Once we paid we learnt that Leah was only a Xmas casual. It felt like she had been there for years. We wish Leah all the success and growth at Sunglass Hut.

AVOID AT ALL COST, they DO NOT care about you, or your money. I don't know the other sun glassese hut, but I do know the Chadstone one is horrifying. That particular staff name Anna was utterly rude and should not be in customer service. She does not know anything consumer rights are and insist on selling faulty sunglassese and claim them to be normal. I believe there are 2 sunglassese hut in chadstone, DO NOT shop at the ground floor one, If you do shop, shop with them on the upper floor. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Staff named anna /hannah was excellent! She helped me even though I didn’t purchase anything on that day, but she treated me with respect and same as how she treats other customer despite of my skin color and wearing work uniform.

I was chasing a very specific pair of sunglasses. Ash was super helpful and patient showing me options and similar pairs. His colleague Mayo then said he’d seen the glasses and found the ones I was looking for. After closer examination he noticed a slight scratch in the sunnies so proceeded to call the other store to see if they had them, which they did and go and get them and bring them down for me. All in all, I received amazing service and left with the product I wanted. As well as great service the team seemed to have a lot of fun and made my partner and I feel very comfortable there. Cheers guys.
