Went out to Fyshwick especially to buy some sunnies after checking out Sunglass Hut's website. Whilst the product was good (I bought a pair of Raybans, 300) most (there were only 3!) of the staff were less than helpful. One team member, who appeared to be in charge, handled the transactions at the register. She was knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. The other 2 staff, who were moving about the small space that makes up this little store, were pretty much uninterested. They had to be prompted with questions. Neither of them approached me and asked if they could be of assistance. When questioned about the product one of them responded nicely enough but was reactive rather than proactive. No follow up questions, no followup action, just went back to fussing around with the stock. Considering you're shelling out decent coin a little more help from the staff would be greatly appreciated.

Just Droning About

Such rude staff. The glasses here are all scratched and poor quality. When I questioned them, they said it’s because all the sunglasses here are polished with sandpaper (what?). I said that doesn’t make any sense to which the staff said “if you don’t like it, you can go somewhere else.”

Went in looking for a new set of sleek sunglasses. And received no assistance what so ever from the person working in store. They were more excited on the hot goes with whoever she was talking to rather than doing what she is being paid to do. Will most likely not return or will return to further solidify that this is a poorly ran store. And then take my business elsewhere

Ignore the bad reviews. I must have bought at least 6 pairs of Ray bans here over the last few years. Not sure if its a competitor writing the other reviews or what, because I've always had great service and they're genuine top notch new Raybans. I've bought new wayfarers for around 100 bucks on sale sometimes.

Fantastic service from Monour (apologies if it’s spelt correctly). She was patient, helpful and honest which is what you want when buying sunglasses. The young blonde lady behind the counter was also friendly and helpful. Wonderful customer service girls! PS the glasses are great too.

DISRESPECTFUL BEHAVIOR. I have been to the shop at canberra outlet center twice. Both experiences were poor. First time it was a lady, who didn’t even bother to come and attend to me even when there was no one else in the shop as customers. Second time (hoping it would be better), i encountered a male assistant who was very unpleasant and reluctant to answer any queries when asked. The answers that he gave was rude as well. Sunglass hut has good collection of sunnies, the people who serve are going to put the sales down for sure. I have seen other bad reviews and still the staff are showing the same behavior. I am not sure if this comment will ever be noticed at all. To all those considering buying sunnies please choose other stores with good staff and not go to these kind of stores. I have decided not to go to any of their stores ever.
