Terrible customer service provided at Sunco Hyundai. Staff need training in communicating with clients. Extremely disappointed with the experience using Sunco Hyundai for servicing and car repairs. Will find another company for servicing in the future.

Made an appointment with sales to see a car. He was busy when we showed up so the receptionist (very nice lady) showed us the vehicles. I was supposed to get a valuation on my vehicle but wasn't able to get that because everyone was busy.

I had a recall for air bags. So I arranged for windscreen wings replacements to be done while their. There was a miniscule mark on one of the wings. Service people called to inform me and gave the option of full replacement if not Happy once seen. I highly commend them for pointing it out and having integrity. Was very refreshing not to be flogged off as " she'll be right". The replacement and recall finish time was on time. Staff were friendly. Office was clean and bright. Parking to drop off the car is limited. Over all I was very happy with their service.

Purchased a new imax elite they put the wrong name on our certificate board .The tint(part of rust, duco ,interior 2500 deal?) had to go back 3 times for bubbles. The genuine 980 towbar they fitted was put on with cable ties. Had to get them to put bolts in the bolt holes!! and best of all the 15,000 klm service was told it was capped at 320 ,really? no 361 and told after finding out from their service desk that Hyundai can change that fixed price anytime they like....so yes FIXED means fixed...you get the picture. Took the vehicle to Noosa Hyundai and told them about the 320 fixed price promised by Caloundra. They honoured promised price. Hyundai doesn’t even bother to answer their customer service phone so don’t bother complaining there

Just called regarding the recall to find out some info, (I am currently in Caloundra) the girl who answered was so rude, carried on about how she couldn't do anything until I got a letter and she couldn't do anything right now! Was just calling for information? I don't expect anything to be done right now, I'm away in a 3 month trip around QLD and have a roof top tent on the car, so I sleep on top of the car, obviously a little scared I could go up in flames while asleep. Not home either so won't be receiving the letter either which apparently I need for Hyundai's manufacturing fault Crikey

Even Jayke is a good salesman and looked after us when we purchased our car. The "service manager" was an absolute tool, contradicting himself after i was trying to order the part that the WEBSITE CLEARLY STATES THE PRICE, typical douche trying to rip ppl off for more money. All good you've now lost a loyal customer got the right price and service at another dealership . Ill happily drive an hour away to see hes smug face again!
