Just had fish and chip and Garlic prawns...wanted you to know the fish and chips did not have much chips at all and the garlic prawns was well and truly too salty, I had to force myself to eat the prawns which were also too salty, and the meal had chips in the order, supposed to be just rice. Not very happy with this order this time.

I have been a delivery customer of Franky's for 5/6 years. Not after tonights experience. 2/3 orders ago, Ben and Jerrys ice-cream was not delivered, called Franky's, we will put a note for it to be delivered next order. Last order, Garlic Bread and 1.25LT Coke not delivered, we will put a note for it to be delivered next order. Tonights order, Family size, half Hawaiian, extra pineapple, garlic and tomato (no extra pineapple, no garlic) half Chicken delight, extra chicken (no extra chicken) Requested the owed ice-cream, 1.25LT coke and garlic bread. The PIZZA received is a mess, its not a Pizza! dog food if that, well the dog did end up eating it and we went around to Diggers Rest Pizza. I called Franky's politely and spoke to a young girl, who was relaying my questions to somebody, I was told I could return the Pizza if I wasn't happy (defeats the purpose of having it delivered) I requested to speak to the Manager or person in charge, I was denied, I questioned about the owed ice-cream, they had no record of it, I politely requested again to speak to the Manager and then I was hung up on! So here's your shitty review!
Nine months ago this was one of the best pizza places in Sunbury However, after Friday nights pizza and nachos I'd now say it is one of the worst. There are two menus. The menu in paper form and the one online under menu log. If you ring and order from the menu log the staff have trouble understanding what you want as the items online don't appear on the paper menu or on their board. So I ordered Nachos. It was covered in very thick tomato sauce which had a consistency nearly identical to tomato paste. Tomato mixture ruled. It WASN'T SALSA. You received two small containers. One half filled with sour cream and the other maybe a third filled with Guacamole. You needed them and more as there was just way too much tomato. The cheese was underneath somewhere. The pizza was from their online menu. Gourmet - Fahita (sic). It was supposed to be on a tomato base with chicken, corn, onion and sour cream. There didn't appear to be any tomato sauce (that probably all went on the nachos). The corn was non-existent. There was very little chicken and the pizza itself appeared overcooked so it was hard to see what you were eating. The pizza was very bland. My friend had a pasta dish from online menu as well. The napoli sauce was the horrid sauce that they'd put on my nachos. Thick and just not suitable to the dish. NO LONGER RECOMMEND this place. Don't waste your time and money.
