Jack went out of his way to help our young family. After some subcontractors (who appeared to be straight out of a B grade comedy movie) dug a retaining wall trench straight into our main water pipe I rang Jack. He could not have been more kind in cancelling his after hours commitments to attend to our request for help. Although it was almost 5pm he headed over, fixed the pipe and returned in the morning to secure it further. Highly recommended.
