They broke our windshield trim when replacing our ford focus car windscreen and didn't tell us about it.
Phone service was good but after calling around, I found the exact same windscreen (which I was told he even got through O'Brien's) for 600 cheaper. Same warranty. So my advise is to shop around.
I definitely don't recommend Obrien! - More expensive than the average - 600, - 3 weeks on the wait list - appointment delayed the day before. Even worse : I left my car with the mechanic. Obrien guy comes over there to change the windscreen and I found the driver's door damaged when the Obrien guy was working on my car. He told me that the door was stuck and he forced open it, which impacted the body. The mechanical surveillance video shows that the mechanic had parked the car here earlier and there was nothing wrong with the driver's door. O'Brien boss never recognized his responsibility and did not want to pay! I got it for 912! Inadmissible!

I have my windscreen replaced here and never again they got black glue on my hood lining that they had no interest in fixing and broke both of my sensor covers also didn’t replace or pay for them I had to buy new ones which neally cost 100 they didn’t slide my lane assist camera in properly So when I plugged it in properly it was all out of calibration then when I took it back there they went to calibrate it again and said they couldn’t calibrate it then They sent me to Mazda and Mazda told me it was a fault of the windscreen so I had a day off work to get that done then I had to go back to Windscreen Obriens To get another windscreen put in so they did that and they still had lots of problems in programming the camera After about two months they finally had it all done but I still had to pay for the broken covers and remove the glue of the hood lining which half destroyed that section getting it off I will never use this place again I’ll rather take my car to Toowoomba Windscreen Obriens there all a pack of monkeys at summer park
