The donuts (bomboloni) were so good. Finally I’m done with my quest in finding the best donuts. As a pastry chef myself, I could see that the pastries were looking fresh. I would definitely come back here when the donut craving hits and to try some other desserts.

Customer service and quality seems to have sadly gone downhill here...the cannoli was chewy and the filling had a film on it...must have at least 2 days old The pear and cheese tart was not much better...I haven’t got a fresh pastry from this place in my last 3 visits I won’t be going back
I get a mince pie here most weekends! Every pie I’ve had has been great! I wasn’t a fan of the sausage roll but personal preference I think. Tarts and other treats have always been great and the service is always warm and friendly!

This is no ordinary Custard Tart. In all the years I've eaten Custard Tarts (and I'm talking 30 years) this would be the best Custard Tart. If you don't believe me then come down to Summer Hill Village Patisserie and try it for yourself. Amazing!!!!
Excellent home baked pastries/ sweets, with a good range of such. Highly recommend the chocolate cronut in particular.
Have been visiting this bakery since 2016. Since new management the young dark haired girl is so lovely. She has 10/10 customer service. The lady with sandy blonde hair ends customers service is highly questionable. She works most weekday mornings. I visit this bakery 2-3 times weekly and majority of times I walk in she is preoccupied and doesn’t even realise in I’m the shop nor does she ever apologise once she realises I am. She makes me feel like second me is a burden put on her. On numerous occasions she has been speaking with the baker about personal issues and on her phone which should not be something a customer should have to listen to, see or have to wait for service for. The long standing lady who used to work there was a gem. She would always greet me before I even got my second foot off the pavement to outside. I miss her. The young dark haired girl is a blessing to this business. She always greets me with outstanding service. If it wasn’t for her this would be a 1 star review. I felt I needed to leave this review to thank her. Good customer service is so rare these days with with the way the world is. People and business owners need to understand and appreciate when they have good staff. As a business owner I understand how this either makes or breaks your business. They are few and far between.
