Totally do not recommend this service!!! Very rude lady! Her service is very pricy and certainly not worth your money!

I normally don't write reviews but I had a extremely bad experience with Felicia. I'm not going to go into detail but she cost me 400 for absolutely nothing but 2 hours of my time. All she is good for is simple individual tax returns. If you have investments and require an accountant to do some more work which requires a surveyor report and such, I do not recommend this company.

I too cannot recommend this service. I was recently contacted by Felicia to do our recent business return...unfortunately she was meant to have helped us close our now defunct business LAST year. Oops. Thanks, I guess I'll just do it myself now.
