Been great to deal with, we have a small 1mt size bin, that's emptied every month. Great pricing and easy to organise additional services via the online portal. Any issues the staff have always been able to help us over the phone. Definitely recommended to other businesses

Did not collect my recycling bin. Rang 3 times to try and have resolved to be advised there was no issue with my collection. Have to keep ringing back to try and resolve. Very poor customer service and a very dissapointing experience.
Applied for a driving job with this company. They take along time to get back to you. And once they do they will ask for a driving history ( at your expense) and then ask for a police check ( at your expense) and then you will not hear back from them for 2 weeks Just to be told that your history from over 10 years ago affects me from getting a postion. Beware of this company. And the funny thing is, all you are doing is picking up rubbish! Talk about high an mighty! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. There are many more companies in Canberra that have respect for there clients and workers!
Terrible service and always overcharging. Their service lady told me to review my invoice everytime when I receive it, because they won't give credit to the overcharged items if I did't find it myself. What the hell! Are you asking me to take the responsibility of your fault?! Will never use this rubbish service any more!
Recently switched to SUEZ from another waste removal company for my business based in Fyshwick. I told the lovely receptionist whom I spoke to that my waste bin was overflowing and I really needed it picked up straight away. A few hours later it was picked up, amazing service. Highly recommended for waste and cardboard pickup for small Canberra based businesses.
Three stars because the service is normally good however this time you missed 9 units and despite three phone calls so far, no action has been taken to remedy the situation. We live in Goodwin Village Monash and our bins are normally emptied each second Tuesday however it would seem that there was a new driver on last Tuesday and he has missed the 9 units,Nos.99 to107 in our row. Admittedly, the bins are behind the units, not out the front however this has never happened before. It is not the missed pickup that is annoying me, it is the phone calls that promise action that never seems to eventuate. If you can't come back and empty the bins, please say so. We have no other way of getting rid of our re-cycling material.
