I am doing Tax return through H R block for last 10 years or so. I contacted cockburn Central for my tax return papers for last 2 years and was told to come to office following day by Frank but when I turned up he said that the paper is not ready then was told I will get it by email by Monday but didn't get Monday either. Very poor customer service.

If you want professional high quality value for money and very responsive accounting then I would recommend H&R Block tax accountants as the Firm to go to for your accounting needs . I've been using H&R Block for the past 10 years and I've always got a return. Very professional good quality and hard work from these accountants. Most definitely they deserve 5-stars.

My husband's tax never even ended up even being lodged! After months of not seeing anything and several phone calls of people saying they will lodge it right away, he went in and they said it still was not even lodged because it had not been paid for. Never once was this even communicated to us. Disgraceful communication and service after having many positive experiences at other branches. Will not be returning to Success again.
Excellent service provider, personnel well versed in Tax issues. From arrival to completion of tax, took less than 30 minutes. Would Highly recommend to anyone.

We paid 480 for 2 tax returns. My husbands was an hour and a half and mine took 2 minutes as I'm a stay at home mum. I could've done mine myself but I thought I had to for the family tax benefit. 480 is a ridiculous price for 1.5 hours of work. Tax returns in wa are estimated 60 per hour so WHAT HAPPENED HERE!?
