Great staff and decent food, but not enough of it. Portions are tiny and prices are through the roof. I feel sorry for these guys getting bad reviews because it's not the staff's fault. The franchise has its prices set way too high. 4 for a bottle of water? I'll pass.

Waited about 10minutes, servers just ignored me. Someone eventually took my order, then went on to do something else without taking payment. I was then quickly forgotten again. I just walked away, horrible customer service

Waited 20mins for a toastie, went to ask how much longer and they had “lost” my order.... Then my refund was in all coins....

Customer service is terrible. Waiting for kids chicken chippies and chips for 20min.chips was just sitting in the box and no one even wanted to finish the order.

How does a large roast meal at the price of 19.50 constitute 3 small pieces of dried meat and half a kilo of potato bake. Guys not even close to value for money. Never again.
