This is the best subway restaurant we've ever been to. We rely on subway a lot as our kids are big fans but sometimes it can be a little rough. These guys are excellent! Perfect hygiene, perfect presentation and preparation and friendly as hell. Big thumbs up.
Healthy Satisfying fastfood
Went to this store today, was served by Jess. Just wanted to say Jess was amazing and is a clear asset to Subway south Nowra. She understood when I explained about Coeliac issue (as I was picking up for another person). Nothing was an issue for her. So thank you Jess.
Always lovely and fresh
We were on our travels on 22/6/19 and at around 15:00 we decided to stop and get a subway. They must of had a hectic day for customers which is a good thing. But unfortunately not for some customers that started to come in again after we ordered. The freshness was A1, the shop entrance was good, but those toilets needed a clean and rubbish bins needed emptying. As for the quality of service it wasn’t to bad considering only 2 girls were on. Why 2 girls? They needed help. Because what we saw in half an hour they could of done with it. So if your the owner/ franchise take note. Plus one of those girls was in a trance to busy looking outside at nothing really. Should of moved a lot quicker than what she did, probably needed a break. Who knows. Also appearance is most important. So how about supplying them with more than 1 shirt every work day. Because honestly their t shirts were a real mess. Or do those poor girls who already needed extra help have to buy their own t shirts. Come on Subway Nowra you can do better than this. Give those workers an extra hand when needed.
Terrible service and rude staff!
My salad had more personality than the staff member serving me. I’ve seen more joy at a funeral home. A smile goes a long way. Food was fine and I have no complaints with the cleanliness.
