Would give half a star if I could. Worst strata company ever. Move into a new unit as an owner in 2019. Unprofessional in relation the knowing the set up of initial strata fee costs of a new complex. Hadn't aloud correct strata fee budget for annual maintenance. Uncooperative, in the end all 100% of the owners in the complex agreed changing strata companies would be the best for everyone involved.

Unprofessional with no attention to detail and apparent disregard for safety. I had concerns for public safety when a gaping hole was left unsecured and completely unattended in a location where young children regularly play. Thankfully it was eventually cordoned off sometime later that night, albeit very amateurishly, with large chunks of debris and broken section of pavement outside the sectioned off area. There was absolutely no empathy or understanding from this company whatsoever despite damage to our personal property by the independent repairer they contracted. Also communications from receptionist were very unprofessional with typos and inaccuracies/contradictions with dates. ***Would not recommend*** EDIT: Response to James (since I cannot respond below) - I am a tenant in one of the properties thus not a direct client. Eve communicated with me last week (very poorly) and therefore has all my contact details. She dismissed any liability or responsibility whatsoever - despite property damage occurring within the hour of the contractor attending - and told me NOT to communicate with Pro-Active Strata Management directly as they don't deal with tenants!

Beware! Pro-Active will continue to send all sensitive emails to previous rental managers after continued request by owner and previous rental manager to stop at a cost to all owners of course forever! Very frustrating! Great revenue raiser for them. They have silly forms they suggest filling in instead of acting on email request. All about not about customer service on this issue.

I have found Pro-active Strata Management to be getting better and better\u003e Willing to listen, capable of understanding, professionally well- informed about the existing arrangements, proposed changes to regulations and the essential importance of these to tenants, owners and others. I have dealt with a number of Strata Management companies and my recent experience with Pro-active is right up there for professionalism and communicability.

The worst of the worst you can imagine. They've never replied to my inquiries on time. There was a leak on the sub meter before our unit. I reported this issue immediately after I found it. They hasn't given me any kind of replies. They just sent a plumber and fixed it without any notice. 2 weeks later they just sent me an invoice charging me 280. I've never informed that whose responsibility it was nor the cost. They just sent me the invoice without any kind of explanation. So I didn't pay it .It is not responsibility to pay the invoice that I never confirmed nor informed about. I got an invoice for this quater strata fee. They changed me extra 340.46 without any notice again. They just called it A outstanding owner invoice 340.46.what's that for???? I've paid everything up to date. I wrote an email asking for an explanation about this outstanding owner invoice but they haven't replied my email as usual. Don't know what to do more.I'm not gonna pay the invoice I've never informed about. What are all the strata fees for including big administration fee! every quarter! every year! we pay.The strata company is for to sort out these kind of issues.That's why we pay those expensive strata fees.lol
