I've known Jasmine for nearly 20 years now! She is a highly experienced and capable Pilates teacher and is well regarded by many in the industry. Furthermore, over the years she has attended an amazing amount of workshops/intensive/ongoing education seminars,making her highly knowledgeable in the Pilates technique. I can certainly vouch for her, as I chose to employ her for many years in one of my previous businesses, Prescriptive Fitness. She was a very popular Pilates teacher! I do pilates with Jasmine every week, and have done so probably for at least the last 5 years. Jasmine's floor classes are a great work out and she is a great teacher because she corrects you during the class to make sure that you are doing the work out correctly. Highly recommended !!!!
